Emmitsburg store settles over suggestive T-shirts
O Learys Emporium owner Donald Morris and the National Fire Academy reach an out of court settlement. The campus dispute began when T-shirts with a double entendre prompted complaints by two women firefighters. The agreement expands Morris store space and allows future disputes to be settled through dialogue rather than preapproval. Morris, who is blind, said he is glad the issue is resolved and did not intend to offend. Fire Academy officials did not comment.
