Wake in showroom honors longtime Middleboro dealer
Leonard Hayes Chace, who built L&H Chace and Sons from a country garage into a major Chevrolet franchise, is honored with a wake held in the Middleboro showroom. More than 200 mourners attend as cars are moved aside for the casket and flowers, reflecting a unique tribute fitting a man who made the business a family cornerstone.
