Rottweiler killed after biting boy in Woodsboro
A 0-pound Rottweiler that bit its owner’s son in the face was put down by Frederick County animal control on Wednesday. Four year old Zachary Brooks sustained severe facial injuries requiring more than five hours of surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital. His family says he was released from the hospital the previous day.
