Merger and remodel of McCleery’s Jewelers in Frederick
The Now News reports McCleery’s Jewelers on North Market Street will merge with a second store and operate under one roof in the Key Hotel building. The remodeling includes a new front, color interior, a diamond room, and a balcony replay of the department. The business has operated here for about 33 years under the late George B. McCheery and Dr Arthur Remsberg took over the operation in 1942.
