G Bates Chaires of Cumberland remains district engineer and Robert E L Putman continues as assistant district engineer in charge of maintenance at Cumberland. The shifts took effect this week. Kuhn has about 25 years with the commission. Mohler has served about 22 years, previously in survey. Putman has been maintenance engineer here about six years following Chaires’ move earlier.
