Ford Division introduces an extensive training plan for 1975 Ford Mercury and Lincoln models. About 4,400 dealers with video tape capability will receive 13 tapes. 101 service engineers will visit dealers guiding over 30,000 seven dealership mechanics. Technical literature totals 1,900 pages for cars, 2,100 pages for trucks, plus manuals and guides.
A public hearing will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday September 23 in Room 1301 State Office Building 301 W Preston St Baltimore. The hearing concerns proposed regulations governing the minimum requirements for an approved nursing education program leading to eligibility for RN licensure.
Mrs. Alice B. Dorezas has been named Education Officer for the U S Army Garrison Ft. Detrick. She will advise the commander and staff on general education for Ft. Detrick and tenant activities. She will plan administer supervise and coordinate the installation's general education program. She and her husband Stephen live in Hagerstown, and her mother in Hollidaysburg Pa.
Frank C. Russell is named manager of Liberty Mutual Insurance Companies Springfield Virginia office. He previously worked as a Baltimore salesman and joined Liberty Mutual in 1970 in the Loss Prevention department in Washington DC. He and wife Mary reside on Blueberry Court Monrovia.
The U S Coast Guard Auxiliary will offer a public education course in boating safety and seamanship at TJ High School starting September 17 at 7 30 p m in Room 44. A 12 lesson program covers Marlinspike Seamanship Rules of the Road aid to navigation piloting and safe motor boat operation. Successful students earn the Coast Guard Auxiliary Basic Seamanship Certificate Card.
