Morning judging at the 112th Great Frederick Fair included bread sampling and cake slices in the Household Building while seven high school bands prepared for an 8 pm concert tonight led by Walkersville and other area schools. Attendance grew as rides went up and Miss Tanya Duvall was crowned queen, with forecasted fair weather supporting a bigger event.
