AMVETS Auxiliary panels report at September meeting
The AMVETS Auxiliary Post No held its monthly gathering at 7 30 p m on Sept 4 at the Post Home Acting president Hazel Nikirk led the meeting and Dollie Watkins presented colors with the Pledge of Allegiance. Dues for 1979 were collected and committees reported on activities including a new adopted friend, National Convention notes, fund-raising profits, and plans for upcoming projects. Announcements covered VA hospital events and a flag burning vigil with details for October 1979 activities.
