The body of 38 year old Marjorie Schneider was found in a secluded mountaintop grave. Floyd J. Robertson, a 23 year old cement worker and father of three, allegedly admitted the crime after long questioning. Robertson led officers to the body after confessing orally to the killing. The kidnapping occurred at Horsetooth Reservoir when Schneider sat with companions. A large manhunt followed as details emerged of a brutal sexual murder and staged crime scene.
