Teens with guns target Gaithersburg youth at court

Two Black male teens ages 16 or 17 confronted a 15 year old near Gaithersburg Middle School at 4 p.m. last Friday. One wore a black shirt declaring No Violence No Guns and pointed a semi automatic pistol to steal a bicycle. the other demanded a gold necklace but fled after refusal. Police describe both suspects as 5 11, 150 to 160 pounds, with one wearing a backwards cap and dark complexion and the other light complexion with short dark hair.

Walkersville officials discuss road improvements

Walkersville Burgess Orley Bourland and the Commissioners held a workshop to plan improvements to Biggs Ford and Fountain Rock Roads. Creekside Development would be required to make certain upgrades including eliminating a hill at the road intersection.
