Police make drug arrests after nighttime operation
A 19 year old, James Michael Taylor, was charged with possession of amphetamines after being seen dealing with a juvenile at 10 30 p m. He was found with two bags of amphetamines at Crown gas station and jailed in Frederick County. The juvenile, arrested at West Seventh Street and Klinehart's Alley, faces charges including distribution and possession with intent to distribute amphetamines. The anti drug tactical unit conducted the arrest following citizen complaints of drug activity in the area.
