Skateboard ramp deemed not allowed in Middletown yard
Middletown officials tell five residents who built a skateboard ramp in their yard to dismantle within a week and move it within a month or face a daily 100 dollar civil citation. Zoning Administrator David Lake cited residential zoning rules after neighbor complaints about noise. The five residents, including Scott Myers and Jessica Anderson, claimed they had no building permit.
