Taneytown Killing Remains Identified By Medical Examiners
State medical examiners identified the body found in Taneytown as Holly Ann Blake of Gettysburg Pennsylvania. The remains were recovered near 4710 Baptist Road after a Sept 26 killing. Police name an East Berlin man as the suspected murderer.

Body found in Wheaton park after stabbing
The unidentified Hispanic man was discovered Monday morning by a truck driver at Wheaton Regional Park near 2 Dirt Lane, about 300 feet from Kemp Mill Road. Police said the victim was stabbed multiple times and may have been dumped there. An autopsy is planned.

Teen may face charges after deadly Gaithersburg crash
A 17 year old Gaithersburg resident may be charged after running a red light at Bel Pre Road and Georgia Avenue Sunday, killing a 58 year old Wheaton woman who was a front seat passenger in a Chevrolet Corsica driven by Maria Themelis. The collision involved a 1972 Oldsmobile driven by Kevin Alan Hamilton and a 1986 Toyota Corolla. All involved wore seat belts. alcohol and speed were not factors.
