Willard M. Horine, assistant treasurer and board member of the Frederick County Chapter of the American Red Cross, is shown giving his 18th pint to the Red Cross Blood Program. Last year the program supplied Frederick Memorial Hospital with blood products valued at about $66,550, funded by the United Givers Fund.
