Mount St Mary's Pridwin weekend opens with events
Mount St Mary's College Emmitsburg will begin Pridwin weekend Friday with a recital by St Joseph College Glee Club directed by Pauline Lasella, a 2 pm football game on Echo Field, Pridwin trophy to the winner, a band concert, and a buffet for couples in the freshman dining hall. A 3 pm to midnight Memorial Gym dance features the Frank Garner orchestra. Weekend also includes a special Friday night social schedule and a Saturday afternoon football showcase. The Buckeystown W S C S met for World Day of Prayer planning with 20 members and a guest. auction plans include flavorings and pictorial plates for the church.
