Palestine as a Home for Jews debated by McCasland
Dr S Vernon McCasland of Goucher College spoke to a Women's International League for Peace and Freedom meeting in Trinity chapel about Palestine as a possible Jewish homeland. He warned Arabs have long been there and transferring 16 million Jews is impractical, urging assimilation in current countries as a better solution. He noted Arabs and Jews would struggle to live together and cited various public events and local social notes from Bolivar and surroundings.
