Towson Md Oct 20 three men are on trial for the murder of Henry Baumgartner a 44 year old patient at Spring Grove Hospital for the insane. Donald Wal ters 24 Elmer Loveridge 32 and Oliver Corkran 21 are charged after a beating in the hospital shutter room led to Baumgartner's intestinal ruptures and death on July 22. The State's Attorney James C L Anderson read a statement in court describing the sequence from removing the bed to separating the men as Baumgartner and Loveridge struggled.
