County approves 47 acre New Market rezoning

County commissioners approved rezoning 47 acres east of Ijamsville Road to low density residential adding to the 230 acres already zoned for housing. The decision, with Commissioner Grossnickle opposed, will allow Dudley Hill to add 15 homes to Hunting Hills. 48 acres west of Ijamsville Road were withdrawn from the request.
