Frost Touches Outlying Areas Across Frederick County

Maryland State Police in Frederick logged a 40 degree low in the city while outlying places such as Emmitsburg recorded frost on windshields. Rapes Probe Underway in Frederick City

Frederick police say they are continuing two rapes on the south side and partnering with Maryland State Police on a third near Shockley Drive.
