Kiplinger planned unit development in Urbana earned preliminary plan approval pending $6 to $8 million sewer and water line work. Three Spring Ridge sections totaling over 800 houses got extensions while River Oaks received a plan extension to align with APFO timelines. Three large projects faced 30 day delays, Mansfield Cloverhill II Meadow at New Market totaling 698 units. Park Mills Road Fingerboard Road site granted preliminary golf course plans for Worthington Manor.
