Witness describes murder scene in Maryland trial
A key government witness told jurors she saw gushing from the shoulder of Francisco Hernandez as the accused killer, David Charles Morgan, stood with a dark machete. Lisa Black, 36, said Morgan confessed, gave her $300 hours after the attack, and she spent it on crack and beer while describing her drug addiction and prostitution. The trial in Frederick County Circuit Court entered day five as Morgan faces first degree murder charges with possible life without parole if convicted.
