COG Votes To Expedite Water Sewer Line Project
Frederick County Council of Governments voted 4-3 against planning staff to accelerate a water and sewer line south of Monrovia. The plan would serve a one home east of Bd McClain Road and a 129 home development between Green Valley and Ed McClain roads, moving completion from four years to three. A motion by Donald Trimmer argued staff homework incomplete, while William Thompson supported early timeline review. An officers election was scheduled for December.
