Special Deputy Henry Nusz investigates a Wednesday night collision on Urbana pike south of Monacacy bridge. A Ford roadster driven by Charles Hartman with a female companion and a Cadillac limousine owned by William A. Barnes, with four occupants including Agnes Miller and Marian Kopp, were involved. The Cadillac, badly damaged after leaping a culvert and crossing a field, was nearly new with about 400 miles. The Hartman car’s damage is undetermined. Barnes to be interviewed.

Three Electrocuted At Kentucky State Penitentiary
Bildyville Ky May 28 three men were electrocuted within an hour at the state penitentiary in the third triple execution since the electric chair was installed. Elisha Sloan 34 Lake 32 Lewisville and John Baker 34 walked to the chair and were pronounced dead after periods of nine eight and four minutes. Witnesses included brothers of Dr Marvin Kingins and others. Governor Fields commuted one sentence and six men were initially scheduled for death.
