Record Cocaine Stash Seized In Undercover Sweep
An undercover operation in Frederick netted nearly a kilo of crack cocaine in a mid morning raid, the largest seizure there. Four people were arrested including Wayne Sebastian Baxter who allegedly ran a drug operation at a Windsor Farms apartment. Plant and “cookies” discs were found with a razor blade on a blue flowered plate.
