Deputy Nasz jailed Charles Lonsinger after he admitted stealing a new Studebaker touring car from Uniontown showroom. The car carried a single Pennsylvania tag 450-815 and no registration or licenses. Lonsinger, with six cents, claimed delivery to a Baltimore party but gave a fictitious address, later confessing theft. Tools, greasy clothing, and a price cart were found in the car, indicating a garage mechanic background.
