A certificate in expression and two in art were to be awarded. Two recent music recitals by senior music majors were noted, with Evangeline Mitchell scheduled to perform tonight at 8 p.m. in Brodbeck Hall after Hood College awarded her a music honor.

Roads to be oiled in Frederick County next week
