Judge orders reinstatement in security risk firing case
A Baltimore judge declined to stay a state reinstatement order for Thomas R Myers, fired by Comptroller Louis L Goldstein as an alleged security risk. The April 19 ruling keeps Myers’ $22,000 four year position active pending higher court action. Myers had secretly recorded a supervisor meeting before his Sept 13 dismissal.
