Frederick GOP Nominates Munshower for Mayor at City Convention
In a crowded Frederick County Republican convention at the Court House Elmer F. Munshower won the Mayor nomination amid a slate including Aubrey A. Nicodemus for City Register and Jesse C. More than 300 delegates and alternates attended as musical interludes preceded a long session ending after 11 PM.
