Maryland Sertoma groups form regional hearing and speech association
May is hearing and speech month and Sertoma groups in Maryland celebrate by promoting free testing clinics and the Maryland Sertoma Hearing and Speech Association. Formed in 1978 by five local clubs, MSHSA coordinates resources, supports Rock Creek Diagnostic Center, and funds equipment like the Acoustic Impedance Bridge while engaging volunteers for screenings across Frederick County.
