Gulukful scenes mark a 4000 child pageant at the Maryland School for the Deaf grounds in Frederick. Frederick city and county youths portrayed Indians Quakers German settlers and colonial figures including Thomas Johnson Francis Scott Key and Barbara Fritchie.
