Duvall, Frederick business leader, dies at 81
Harold Bradford Duvall, 81, prominent Frederick businessman and co founder of HB Duvall on East Patrick Street, died Wednesday May 4 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born January 1 1913 in Carroll County he worked with International Harvester before moving to Frederick to serve the county. The Duvall business, started with his wife Thelma Barnes Duvall, incorporated in 1968 and celebrated its 50th year prior to selling interests in 1991. He was a longtime local employer and community member.
