Charles Stup Receives Silver Beaver Award in Frederick
Charles Stup, longtime Scouting volunteer from Frederick County, earned the Silver Beaver Award at the Francis Scott Key District banquet in Frederick. He previously served as Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader in Columba and Frederick, organized trips to Philmont in 1954, and helped shape youth through the Bow Scout program, totaling over 25 years of service.
