Neoteric finds new Woodsboro home in former Hartz Factory
Neoteric, maker of filtered air systems for dust and hazardous materials, moved from Hyattstown to the former Hartz Clothing Factory on Main Street. The 16,000 square foot site supports up to six times production, boosting staff from 18 to about 30. Ken Vaughan, company president, says the $100,000 renovation and new equipment enable expanded orders for asbestos removal and radioactive work. The move improves access to highways and UPS shipments, with 160 residents and officials attending an open house.
