Man guilty in kidnap of local contractor
Jurors found 31 year old Takoma Park man Gaskins guilty of kidnapping and terrorizing and robbing his former boss contractor Robert S. Hargett last Nov 13. He faces more than 200 years if given consecutive sentences for 16 counts. Sentencing set for June 2 by Frederick Circuit Judge Mary Ann Stepler. Co defendant Carl Everett Jackson declined to testify. Jackson remains jailed on $600000 bond with no trial date.
