Maxwell firm wins Villa Estates sewer project bid
Red Tops Tokyo completed under the Maxwell firm in Villa Estates with City Engineer Elmer S Maxwell supervising. The Linden Hills and Catoctin inspection pay is 2.75 per hour plus 2 percent of project cost. Aldermen Stup Renn and Shaver voted yes, Burall and Butcher no.
