Local man dies in I-70 wreck near Frederick City
A 25 year old East Fifth Street man died at the scene when a car driven by 23 year old Thomas David Musselwhite veered off I-70 south of Frederick City. An 18 year old RFD 6 youth was critically injured and both men were unbelted. The car struck guardposts and a bridge support, then fell 43 feet to the ground. Musselwhite remained in critical condition at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Walters was a Snow White Grill employee and member of Centennial Memorial United Methodist Church. Funeral services are planned at Barton Funeral Home in Walkersville with burial in Chapel Cemetery near Liberty town.
