Dear Polly explains saving seeds year to year. Proper storage in airtight cool dry conditions extends shelf life. A germination test shows viability before planting next spring. If under 50 percent sprout, buy fresh seeds or plant saved seeds thicker. Includes note about Polly's newsletter and how to request copies.
