Frederick man to serve three-year jail sentence for theft and battery
Frederick Circuit Court Judge G Edward Dwyer sentenced 23 year old Ricky James Malee to three years in county jail for felony theft and battery in the beating and robbing of a 59 year old man last summer. The judge suspended all but three years and ordered 800 hours of community service plus nine months work release.
