An attorney turned over the $100,000 sculpture for another person late Friday after negotiations with Sgt. Thomas W. Chase, and Chief Richard J. Ashton said authorities are not pursuing the case. The Saint-Gaudens angel, dating from 1898 and one of only 15 worldwide, had been taken from the grave of former U.S. ambassador Joseph E. Willard during Thanksgiving weekend.
