FDIC chief signals withdrawal of Know Your Customer rules

Treasury bills fall in weekly auction rates ease
In Monday's auction the Treasury sold 7.5 billion in three month bills at 4.510 percent and 7.53 billion in six month bills at 4.540 percent. Both rates declined from last week and the three month and six month rates marked their lowest levels in weeks. The Federal Reserve reported the one year Treasury bill yield rose to 4.89 percent from 4.82 percent the prior week. The Frederick Property Owners Association will meet March 17 at Winchester Hall to discuss past present and future goals with an open discussion for the public.
