Bruce Wayne Koenig, 50, will be tried next month in Montgomery County on charges he killed his elderly parents in Clarksburg nearly five years ago. The defense seeks change of venue to Montgomery County citing death penalty considerations if guilty. Marylanders face new 24 cent Local Number Portability charge
