Rezoning Dispute Over Moore Lot And High Density Plan
County planners and residents clash over rezoning Moore property from agricultural to residential use amid 50 foot frontage and 50 foot right of way rules. Despite a 3-2 vote overruling planners, approval is not guaranteed and a Special exception may be sought. Bagley project seeks A-1 to R-3, with private sewer linking to Fountaindale plant. Local attorneys contest the change, citing area’s low density plan and questions about need for more housing.
