County Man Awarded $10 000 By Jury
Ralph H. Seruton a carpenter of Thurmont won 10000 damages from a jury in Hagerstown after a fall from a 236 by 10 foot roof at Babylon Vault Works. Scruton sued Guy Graham Babyt on for 25000. verdict followed about an hour of deliberation. The accident occurred October 5 1954 and left Scruton with a broken hip.
