Rear Of City Hall May Be Parking Site
City officials discuss using the old market behind City Hall for parking to support a new parking plan. A study will estimate car capacity, with meters proposed on West All Saints and two hour meters on East and West Church Streets. A plan also covers bids for pipes, machinery, air conditioners, and street lights, plus a convention of the Red Men in Frederick.
