Molotov May Replace Stalin
Robert Magidoff reports from New York that a Molotov Vishinsky cabinet reshuffle is seen as preparation for Stalin's withdrawal from the Prime Minister post in favor of Molotov. He notes Molotov has chaired cabinet meetings and Stalin is slowly retreating from public duties, with Vishinsky as Foreign Minister and Molotov supervising him. Magidoff predicts a future replacement as party secretary general.
