Denmark May Accept Pact On North Atlantic Talks
Copenhagen March 2 diplomatic informants said Denmark may formally accept tomorrow an invitation to join talks on the projected North Atlantic defense treaty. The government committee discussed joining with the United States Canada Britain France Belgium and Holland in a common defense pact. Prime Minister Hans Hedtoft and Foreign Minister Gustav Rasmussen reported the situation. The committee, with 125 of 150 MPs favoring early talks, is to meet again to decide.

Short Session Of Police Court Held
In a brief Police Court session before Magistrate Edward J. Smith, Lawrence Geisler of Frederick was found not guilty of peace disturbance. Cleveland G. Holmes of West South Street paid a fine for peace disturbance from a South Market tavern arrest Tuesday by Officers Stup and Trump. Geisler, arrested Monday with Grayson Brightwell in a warrant by Albert N. Robertson, remained jailed on $100 bail as Robertson testified last night.
