Stull pushes deer management bill in Maryland

Annapolis report shows Delegate Stull backing a bill to require the Department of Natural Resources to develop and implement a statewide deer management plan with funding through 2007. Booster seats urged for toddlers in Maryland debate

In Annapolis a Maryland bill to require booster seats for children aged 4 to 8 weighing 40 to 80 pounds is backed by Christine Guarino of Germantown after her son Steven survived a crash while using a booster.
