SEATTLE AP The quake centered about 35 miles from Seattle shook the region causing 260 injuries though most were minor. Officials said the depth of 33 miles limited damage and that the area experienced widespread alarm with structures wobbling and glass breaking.
Frederick Circuit Court ordered that all materials seized in the Potter case be preserved while Mr. Grimes and police await further action.
