Last Action Hero Flops at Box Office
Columbia Pictures acknowledges Last Action Hero flopped with a $15.3 million opening and an 8.1 million second week, predicting no more than 50 million in North American theaters. Executives expect a major write-off exceeding 50 million, with international and video sales seen as only partial relief.
