It also plans new construction at Walkersville and potential lobby closure at Market and Second Street. CEO Charles W. Hoffeil cited accessibility efficiency and strong service delivery as core goals. The Frederick Citizens building, a bronze and marble Grecian Doric landmark dating from 1909, will be renovated and the bank may acquire 10 S. Market St. via Steve Chafitz to expand the site.
